Step 1: Downloading Uplay
If you already have Ubisoft Connect installed, skip to step 3.
Note: Ubisoft Connect is the new name for Uplay.
If you do not have Steam installed, go to the website here: https://ubisoftconnect.com
Click on the blue button that says “Download for PC”.
Save the installation application and run it when it has finished downloading. Follow the installation process for Ubisoft Connect.
Once Ubisoft Connect has installed, open the application and you should be met with a Login window.
Step 2: Login or Create an Account
You only need to have one Uplay account – if you already have one then simply login to your account using your email/password.
If you do not have a Ubisoft account then click on the button that says “Create a new account”.
You will need to activate your email account by click a link sent to your email address from Ubisoft.
Once you are logged in you will see the main Ubisoft Connect homepage in the application.
Step 3: Activate Your Game
In the Ubisoft Connect application window, click on the menu icon (three horizontal bars) in the top left menu. In the menu options click “Activate a key”.
In the activation window enter your product code and click “Activate”. Your game will immediately be activated to your account. Once activated it cannot be unbound from your account.
Step 4: Download Your Game
Once you have activated the game it will now be visible in your library under the “Games” tab. Click on the game cover and a game page will now appear. Click on the blue “Download” button and follow the on-screen steps to begin the download process.
Once the download has completed you will be able to play the game from this same page.
