I cannot find where activate my code on Steam
Make sure that you are using Steam software and not simply logging in to the Steam website. They both look very similar, but you can only access your games library and activate product codes via the software.
My game is downloaded in Steam but doesn't load
Ocassionally a game downloaded via Steam can miss files if the download is interupted by an update or a connection problem.
In Steam: go to your Library and right click on the game. Go to ‘Properties’ and then select the ‘Local Files’ tab.
Press the button that says ‘Verify integrity of game files…’
This will check that your game is downloaded correctly and should automatically download any missing files.
If the above process does not work, then double check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements of the game.
My game is lagging or stuttering
If your game is not running smoothly, and meets the minimum system requirements of the game itself, then it could be that your graphics card drivers are out of date.
To update your graphics card drivers you’ll need to use one of the following websites, depending on the manufacturer of the graphics card:
nVidia: https://www.geforce.com/
Simply download the automatic updater to check for any driver updates.
AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Scroll down the page and click ‘Download Now’ to automatically detect and update drivers.
Intel: https://www.intel.co.uk/
Click ‘Download now’ to download the automatic detection tool and update any drivers that are outdated.
Once your graphics card drivers have been updated, restart your computer and then try launching the game again.
